We collect the least we can to deliver your gift, and we never sell your data. This page explains what we hold and why.
What we collect
- Account: the buyer’s email address, an optional name, and — only if you choose to set one — a securely hashed password (we never store the password itself). You can also sign in passwordlessly with a magic link.
- Voice: the recorded voice samples and the consent record. See our Voice Consent Policy.
- Gift setup: recipient email addresses, an optional child’s first name (provided by the adult buyer), and your chosen schedule.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
Children
LullaVoice is bought by adults and given as a gift. We collect the absolute minimum about a child — at most a first name, supplied by the buyer, purely to personalise the stories. We do not knowingly collect any data directly from children.
How we use it
To create and deliver your bedtime stories, to email the nightly story to the recipients you choose, and to provide support. That’s it. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Sharing
We use a small number of trusted providers strictly to run the service: a voice provider to synthesise audio, object storage to hold it privately, an email provider to deliver stories, and Stripe for payments. They process data only on our instructions.
Retention & deletion
You can delete a voice and its recordings at any time. You may also ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing privacy@lullavoice.app. Recipients can stop the nightly emails with one click from any message.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Under the GDPR and similar laws, these rights apply regardless of where you live.
